| Eligibility | If married, both husband and wife must tour together. Married couples shall be considered one Traveler. Cohabitating couples will be accepted as long as they meet all other married qualification requirements and can provide proof of same address. Cohabitating couples must tour together. Both spouses/parties must be of between the ages of 28 and 75. Both spouses/parties must show two forms of identification: one being a picture identification (a valid driver license or a valid state identification card with picture); and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover) at the time of Tour. (Debit Cards with Visa or Master Card Logo are NOT acceptable) Both spouses/parties have not visited the King’s Creek Resort Project for the purposes of taking a Tour in the past 12 months prior to the scheduled Tour date. Both spouses/parties must have a combined income of at least $60,000 (U.S.). $45,000 (US) for retired couples and $70,000 (US) for legally single females. No Group Travel… Group travel is defined as 2 of more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort during the same timeframe. Two couples may attend the sales presentation together as one (1) any other guest in their group will be charged for their stay. People traveling in RV, Campers, Employees of Spinnaker, II, RCI or II employees, travel agents and other vacation ownership employed personnel (sales, marketing, or relatives of employees working in vacation club industry) do not qualify. Both spouses/parties must be fluent in the English language and both spouses/parties must be U.S., Canadian or European Citizens Pets are not permitted. However, service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. Emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA as service animals. Thus, they are not permitted. |
