The resort was so awesome the lady at concierge was so helpful and thoughtful. Lydia was nice also. Everything was great comfortable beds and pillows. Nice and clean awesome balcony view. I really loved everything no complaints I would recommend.

Family get together
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and I appreciated the text service for check out. Check out was so easy. I think I will try the suite next time. Lots of activities for the kids. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Nice balcony.

Very nice place
I gave this place a 5 because the place is clean, the pools are very nice, loved the splash pad for our grandbaby, and the beach is a very short walk from the resort. All of this was very nice However what made it a 5 was Angelina at the front desk. I came up to her exasperated and very upset she was kind honest and just such a pleasant person. I walked away feeling much better. The exasperation was no reflection of the resort it was more from the ownership wanting side. This is a very nice place and front desk staff is a perk!
